All the staff at Heatherwood House At Patchogue are very friendly, polite and helpful. They have a system in Read Moreplace. When you have something that needs fixing you report it, they make out a form about the problem and then they send someone over to fix it. I like that because then you have a record of what needs to be done and what has been done. The areas around the apartments are kept very clean and even the residents are very polite to each other.

It is very disturbing when you can hear your neighbor speak, sing, flushing the toilet, snoring. The grown is Read Moreso fragile you can actually hear when someone is walking in the apartment above, and next to you. The kitchen appliances are too old the oven don??t work properly. You have to open the top oven in other for the bottom to open. And I hate the fact that I can just go online to pay my rent, but that??s just me.

I live in the only Handicap building and Heatherwood refuses to put a Handicap parking space(s) in front of th Read Moreis building regardless of years of endless requests. Getting repairs and replacements is always a hassle and a fight, appliances are used long after being told they are DEAD.
