In the 2 1/2 years since I moved in, I have seen the staff reduced, resulting in lower maintenance and the bea Read Moreutiful renovation is beginning to look shabby, with numerous torn wallpaper areas in the lobby and lobby halls and chipped furniture. The gray paint used to paint the apt halls stains easily and looks terrible.
