Though the apartment was nice there are many things to keep in Mind before you move in. Positive: nice area, Read Moreconvenient, sidewalks! However, they are build in a way that you can hear everything going on In the apartment above you. Parking is a nightmare if you have more than 1 car. The maintenance requests often go unanswered. Garbage blows all over in the windy days as there are individual cans and not a dumpster. The bathrooms are huge which is nice, but literally bigger than the kitchens

They were very slow to fix things. The office staff was very rude. The winter plowing was very poorly done i Read Moref done at all.

Management did not correct issues with a extremely harrassing tenant, or respond to the work requests that wer Read Moree placed. Our deck area never was powerwashed and is in need to have the bird dropping from the Starlings removed. The end of the driveway has a huge puddle of water when it rains and becomes a huge mud puddle when it starts to dry. This is a consistent problem and management was made aware of it several times. Never once did anyone contact us as. All this for $1300/mo. We're moving out!
