PROS: Excellent state of the art gym. Underground parking, spacious kitchen. Huge den. Outdoor deck.
CONS: Read MoreNO RECYCLING! Electric coil stove, not glass-top like we were shown during tour. Outer windows were never washed after construction. Major dirt marks, hand smears, & other unsightly debris visible on unreachable windows. Handfuls of loose nails & screws in the crevasses of wooden deck upon move-in. No pool on site, it is 1/4 mile up the road (other complex) & has maybe 20 person max cap.

The complex is kept tidy and during snowstorms plowed quickly. I also enjoy using the gym and underground gara Read Morege. It is the best complex I have come across in the surrounding area.

We moved to New York State just over a month ago and looked at many apartment complexes. To say that we were b Read Moreowled over when we saw Stonegate is an understatement! We immediately fell in love with the huge rooms, the layout and the modern, open feeling that the apartment had. We had heard about the brutal winters here and did not want to be shoveling snow. Having a heated garage is more than we could have hoped for. Just drive in, park, and take an elevator up to the apartment! We love it here!
