I like the apartment, but there have been many issues with it being newly renovated and the many different man Read Moreagers that have come and gone since I have been here.

Our personal apartment is well maintained and beautiful except for the major glitch that our apartment is lite Read Morerally over 100 degrees if we didn't keep the windows open. And that means we haven't opened our radiators at all. The second issue is that NOTHING as far as amenities have been followed through on since we moved in last summer. No swimming pool No workout area No bar No cafe No multimedia wall There has been twice that the trash on our floor has not been removed.

When I signed my lease I was told there would be a gym and pool. I was told it would be done in October 2016 a Read Morend now aparently it's not getting built at all! That is very frustrating because the gym across the street has 3 pieces of equipment is very small and belongs to another building. Also security was an issue for the first 6 months of me living there. Homeless people were getting into the building. Also the noises that come from the walls and heating system is ridiculous and keep me awake!
