I lived in above location for 4 years.
The biggest problem of the building is quality of maintenance. Re
Read Morepairs get done from time to time, but they don't last long. In my case there was a leak from wall and ceiling adjacent to a window. The wall and ceiling got fixed within 2 week period, but couple months later I noticed similar problem.
The biggest advantage of the building is its location. Pathmark, Kmart, stop and shop, local liquor, pizza and Chinese food stores are a walk away.
