Nice surroundings, good neighborhood. But apartments are very noisy especially living on bottom floor, ther Read Moree no sound proofing. Also there's no insulation under the rugs, very cold for lower levels! It would be nice if all lower units had the outside landscaping that looks so nice on those units lucky to have it.

This is a nice, newer apartment complex to live in. However, there are a few issues that they seem to have wi Read Moreth maintenance, especially during the winter months and dealing with snow removal. Alot of the residents shovel the walks themselves, as the apartment just does not do it. Salting the roads is non-existent, and plowing typically happens at 4AM. I've had to ask a few times for them to turn off the back-up buzzer on the plow when they decide it's necessary to plow at 4AM.

There is only one entrance in and out of our complex and it exits onto Union Rd.. ,a very busy road. I believe Read More this is a safety factor .It would be more advantageous to have another access road in case of an emergency or just to facilitate the flow into and out of the complex.

The patio home we are in seems to have been designed for a southern climate. Examples: 1. the cold air return Read More for the furnace is in the ceiling instead of down low, so it sucks in the warm air and leaves the cold air sitting in the rooms. 2. The small front bedroom is too cold to be usable (three outside walls, large window, inadequete insulation, cold floor, etc.) 3. You have to run the hot water several minets before you get hot water. Needs another access road.
