Office staff are extremely friendly and accommodating - maintenance personnel are also very accommodating and Read Morecomplete work orders in a timely fashion. Overall the property is kept in great condition with timely grass cutting & trimming bushes, adding new mulch each spring, etc. Snowplowing in winter is excellent - no issues

I had a horrible experience while moving in. The apartment was not ready on that day. They started cleaning up Read More when I came to the apartment on the move in date, with all my bags and baggage. Thank god I did not book the Uhaul to move my furniture on my move in date. Secondly, one of the bedroom was smelling very bad with dog's urine. Initially maintenance denied that there is any smell at all, but finally after several attempt maintenance could not able to fix it.

The heat has broken down three times. Water pressure is very poor during various times. Sometimes, it is not p Read Moreossible to shower due to poor water pressure or lack of hot water. There are also random times where water would be shut off without notice. Electricity has been lost at least twice and took hours to revive (was not even snowing yet). Lights in the hallway are never turned on. Laundry facilities are overpriced and do not even wash attire cleanly/hold a large amount of clothes
