Certified Resident

Rent is too high. The rent is the same as the West Coast and for Brand New Construction where this is a 15year Read More old building. There is no business center so you have to rely on the staff for any faxing etc..... Trash facilities are easy access and never over full. Cable and Internet is a nice comp but again the rent is such that you are paying for it in some ways.

Thank you for your thoughts. We are constantly trying to improve our community. We have added in just the past few months various amenities for our resident such as a dog park, kids activity zone playground and sport court plus we did upgrade our internet speed for our residents. We have also added upgrade options such as wood plank flooring, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Certified Resident

The office staff and maintenance staff are excellent, professional and responsive, but the apartments are worn Read More and need new carpets, (matted) cabinets,counters, (Granite). Our garage was dirty, holes in the walls and unpainted. This is unacceptable for the rent paid!

Certified Resident

Dumpsters are always full and garbage overflowing. Recycling bins are always full and over flowing. Kitchens Read Moreare cheap oak with Formica counter tops. There is no storage closet in my apartment. Appliances are cheap junk!!!! These apartments are over priced. Location is the only thing that this place has. No garage for as much as I pay!!!!
