I gave fair rating. The noise from the people upstairs drives us insane. I complained at least 10 to 12 times Read Moreand no action has been taken. Also It's been about a month when we reported issue with our dishwasher. Management came to have a look and said we ordered a part for your dishwasher. I am not sure whyi it's taking more than a month for the part to arrive.

When I moved in, under different management, I was told the pool area would be open ALL YEAR round; it was. I Read Moresat at the pool last week and was told the pool was closed. Under previous management, the pool itself was closed, but the pool area was available. This week an employee insisted that the entire pool area was closed, and that the APEX inspector said the entire pool area was closed. They are looking into this situation, but now I can't sit at the pool. Also, the gym area could be better.

Overall, this is a nice community and the office staff are generally helpful and accommodating. The maintenanc Read Moree staff have been prompt, skilled, and helpful as well. Positives are the clubhouse, pool, grill stations, garages, 2- and 3-bedroom layouts, parking, no breezeway doors and the nice appliances included in units. Negatives include noisy hot water pipes, thin walls/floors/ceilings, faucet handles won't stay on, no car care station, and no wi-fi in the fitness center (<- total fail).

Love the apartment, good size and lay out. The one thing that bothers me is that the sink faucets are cheap. Read MoreAll the other fixtures and finishing touches are nice. I like that I am able to paint the walls, allows me to give it a more personalized touch.
