    The landscape folks do a great job, and the grounds are well kempt. Overall, the community has a nice appeara Read Morence and management seems to try and be responsive. I like living here, just don't know if I can sustain all of the rent increases that come with each renewal.

    We are so happy here the place is great there's a stoplight right at the entrance which makes it easy to come Read Morein go off of Long Shoals Road, 10 minutes from the kids 8+ school, Beautiful paved walkway to Biltmore Square shopping, nice layout in the apartment .

      I enjoy living living at The Forest because no matter how busy my day has been, I come home to a well kept, cl Read Moreean, quiet, and friendly community. I like being able to walk (instead of driving) to the grocery store and Biltmore Park Square, and having access to the walking trails. It's also nice to be just a few minutes from the Parkway and Bent Creek for hiking and biking.
