We were charged abnormally high amounts for "fixing" the apartment when nothing was broken. $70 to "clean" out Read Moreside patio thats just a concrete slab? Doesn't make sense. Nevermind the fact we were being charged almost $1200 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment. Ridiculous. Impossible to reach them by phone. IMPOSSIBLE.

Walls are thin, therefore I am able to hear my neighbors and barking dogs. The community pool is too small fo Read Morer a complex the size of Audubon Place.
On the plus side, I feel safe and am pleased with the staff and enjoy the layout of my apartment.

Living on the first floor we are noticing is much more loud than living on the top floor.

We have installed extra dog stations which should help with the clean up. We also charge a $25 fine every time we see someone not picking up after their pet. Too noisy, windows were single pane. too cold in winter and too warm in summer.
We had ICE on the inside o
