Overall rating that I have heard from many from the Chase are as follows: very cheap materials used in the co Read Morenstruction of upgrades.. rent way to high for what the quality of construction.

The Chase is a good community in which to live. The management staff is quite responsive and listens to reside Read Morent's concerns. I do not like that smoking is allowed in all buildings/apartments, balconies and breeze ways. Also, dogs are allowed and the owners do not clean up after their pets. Some of the dogs are large. I believe the Chase should consider designating some apartment/buildings as smoke free and pet free.

This complex is quiet, the staff is friendly and available. The maintenance is quick and efficient. When a pro Read Moreblem arises, it gets taken care of by the staff.
