Both computers in the business center are never working at the same time. If you want to print you need to b Read Morering your own paper. the jacuzzi was always broken so much so that i hear its being turned into a fire pit. The pool is wonderful and there is enough seating. the workout room is also nice.

We apologize for your experience in the business center! We have had a technician come out to look at the issue and to our knowledge they both have been in working condition since. We try to keep the business center stocked with paper however, if it runs out you can always ask someone in the office and we will supply you with some. I think the location is great, and it's relatively clean. The office staff though, is not always the easiest t Read Moreo get in touch with. Sometimes, they act as if it is inconvenient for them to put in maintenance calls, and they sometimes lock the office early even if someone is still there. They are slow to deal with their own maintenance issues, such as fixing the hot tub, and if you have an emergency maintenance issue, they won't deal with it unless normal business hours.

Overall the facility and staff are wonderful! However the parking is an issue for me. The fact that I cannot Read More have guest after 6pm unless they park a mile away in the visitor lot is an issue. I think having a few visitor spots throughout the facility is a much better option. Or if the towing begins at 10 PM instead of 6PM.

I get one parking sticker . I have a work truck and a personal car . I park the car in visitor Parking which i Read Mores on the other side of the complex . When I have to drive my personal car I have to drive to it . Why can't we have some visitor spots sped thru out the complex ?
