I moved from a 4bd/2ba single fam house that we own to a 3bd/2ba apartment at bennington woods and it honestly Read More has been more then we ever thought it would be! our unit 611 facing the woods is probably the best unit for our family. we love it hear! also the beautiful ladies in the office are extraordinarily friendly and have made all of us feel welcome and like we belong.

VERY happy w/my apartment and location at Bennington Woods. Property managers are excellent, helpful, care abo Read Moreut residents and property. Grounds are well kept, residents are kept well-informed, and monthly events i.e. pizza parties, back to school bash, holiday events are planned and very well done by property management staff. So happy here I re-signed a 2 yr. lease!

Love the adjacent Greenway. Love being within a mile of major freeways, but in such a quiet neighborhood. Lo Read Moreve the major shopping centers, all within a two mile radius. Love the responsive, competent, and friendly maintenance and office staff. Love that it's a rather small community and that many people have lived here for years. Love the recent building repainting results and apartment upgrades. Love that water, sewer, and garbage are INCLUDED in the rent. Love no monthly pet rent!
