Terms

Our lease terms are: 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 14 months, 15 months, 18 months, 24 months (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details).
Pet Policy: Pet Friendly! No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. The combined weight of the pets cannot exceed 80 pounds. There will be a $200 one time non-refundable pet fee. All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. No aggressive breeds will be allowed. If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy.

Harrison Grande at Cary Resident

The apartment I am in had flooding twice and some of my stuffs got damaged and nothing was done well. The firs Read Moret time I was moved to another apartment for a week, the carpet was changed. The second time when the flooding happened nothing was done quickly my family had to stay in the wet apartment The carpet wet and smell nasty when I spoke to Manager she told me the only thing you can do now is to break the contract and move to another apartment. I am still here for school reasons.
