The office staff is very friendly and attentive to any needs that I may have. Any maintenance needs have been Read Moreaddressed in a timely and courteous manner. The staff even worked with me to renew my lease while on vacation via e-mail and fed-ex, very nice!

We are so glad that you love living here! Thank you for the wonderful feedback!
The constant changes in the office, makes it hard for me to like living here, It went from being able to have Read Morea bench on my patio, to having to remove it, and getting no notices on my door, to ever other week a new notice, and 98% of the time, the notice has nothing to do with me or my belongings, The one Great thing is our maintenance staff, always very respectful, and most of the time fix any problems I may have.

Thank you for your kind feedback regarding our service team - they are awesome! As you may be aware, the community was recently purchased and our new management team is working hard to raise the quality of life for all of our residents. We appreciate your patience during this transition, and welcome you to contact the leasing office with any questions.
too many large dogs. 2dogs per apt is too many, always barking day and night. the dog feces all over the lawns Read More and under the stairs. Dog owners not picking up. Maintainence crew blows dust all over everything every week especially cars.

We do have breed restrictions, however we do not currently impose a weight restriction. We do expect that pet owners will be responsible to picking up after their pets. We provide multiple pet waste stations as well as an off-leash bark park to assist pet owners in this area. We thank you for your feedback and we will send a notice to the community asking people to please be diligent in removing pet waste.
Inconsistant, they say one thing and do another. Constant changes not necessarily for the better. Maintence st Read Moreaff has been excellent & reliable when needed!! Front office staff is not always the most courteous! They do value long term tennants!!!!!

Thank you for the kind remarks about our service team. We are certain that you have experienced some degree of inconsistency during our recent property sale, as we have had to transition from one management company to another. Each company has different ideas on ways to handle situations, however please rest assured that the new management team will do our best to meet and exceed your expectations.
The hidden oaks management is insensitive towards its tenants. For example: The letter boxes were removed with Read More only a days notice and was restored only after more than a week with no intimation whether the mail box keys are available and if so whom to get in touch with. Also the office staff take too much time to respond to work orders intimated by the tenants. Given a choice a lot of people would rather move to a better location. It's definitely not value for money.

As you may be aware, we are no longer under the same management, and we have also changed our name from Hidden Oaks to Landmark at Eagle Landing. We are sad to hear that your experience with the prior management team did not meet your expectations. We have now created an online service request system that will allow you to track your request from the time you submit until it is completed in order to improve on efficiency.
We are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment. Please try again later.
