The Management is very conservative in Appliance and any other replacement. We had some problem with our air-c Read Moreonditioning and they were so hesitant to acknowledge that and get the unit replaced as it was a REALLY old one. Instead, they were trying to give us all technical and mechanical details to wade us away from asking them to replace. The same applies to some other replacements like faucets etc., In no way I am complaining the the Service Technician, as these are purely mgmt decision.
