There isn't much insulation in the exterior walls or between floors. It's hard to get a reasonable temperatur Read Moree in the corner bedroom. We had to buy an AC unit for Summer and a heater for Winter. You hear your upstairs neighbors a lot. Dog owners don't pick up their dog's waste.

The office closes at 5:30 pm and many people arrive home shortly before 6:00 pm and pick up their mail. If the Read Morere is a package for you in the office you can not retrieve it until the next day and you would have to leave work early to do so. It would be so much easier if the office would stay open until 6:00 pm. Thank you.

We would be more satisfied if we were not constantly bothered. The maintenance checks are ridiculous. I cons Read Moreider this apartment MY home and if I need maintenance I am capable of requesting it. I have never lived in an apartment complex where they had REQUIRED maintenance checks. I am not the only resident that feels this way. I have heard several with the same complaint.

It is luxury price for non-luxury accommodations. Pool table cues are broken. Computers are useless. Wirele Read Moress is non-existent. Next to RR tracks. Broken glass near recycling left for over 2 weeks then only the bulk is swept up. Dog can still cut their pads walking over there. This is after the staff has been notified several times. Need I say more?
