Handling of leaks is extremely poor. The only objective is to keep occupancy up at all costs. It seems that th Read Moree only truthful people leave the organization but those willing to rehash marketing lines stay. Being weary of everything one us told by mgmt is crucial. One has to always rely on one's own observations. The beautiful facade hides a number of serious issues.

The rent was very prohibitive for what was provided. The walls were thin, and I could hear my neighbors on a r Read Moreegular basis. There was also a significant issue with a lack of parking available. I would regularly have to park at least one building away from my actual apartment.
