some residents are smoking outside the main entrance. Not pleasant to be walking through smoke residue. Would Read More be nice to have the trash can back to dispose of junk mail. Some noise from upper floors. And it would be nice if resisdents did not let doors swing close. Very noisy.

The entrance to the townhome is not the most accomodating: once you open the front door, you face the staircas Read Moree, and there is not enough space between the beginning of the stairs and the front door. The other thing: there is no linen closet, none. And the last thing: office staff. Not the most friendly or hospitable personalities sometimes. And contrary to office people, maintenance people are always nice, polite, and prompt. Kudos to them!

Location to I-40, to Chapel Hill North Harris Teeter where I grocery shop, bank and use the pharmacy and to th Read Moree town of Chapel Hill. Affable and energetic staff who are attentive to needs, requests and maintenance issues. Modern interior apartment features and convenient amenities like the workout room.

Overall very good experience, but some areas for improvement exist: upkeep of the gym is not adequate (cables Read More& machines in disrepair for long periods, outdoor access door lock broken for months, frequent empty cleaning wipe supplies), no screens for apartment/townhouse windows and impossible to get replacements, rental fee rate is a little high with no incentive for persistent timely payment or long-term loyalty to CHN.
