The property manager and leasing associate are always so pleasant and helpful to everyone here, with any of ou Read Morer concerns or problems. The maintenance supervisor can fix anything, and responds to our needs in such a timely manner. The appliances, including the kitchen and bathroom, are much nicer than than we have experienced elsewhere. The washer and dryer are such good quality. We enjoy the saltwater pool in the summer, and the fitness center 24/7 ,year around.

The reason I'm not giving it Excellent is because CHN allows residents to smoke in their units and the floors/ Read Moreceilings/walls are not well sealed so if you live next to/above/below a smoker, your unit will reek of smoke whenever they light up. If you don't like cigarette smoke, I would not recommend living here. Also, if you don't like dogs, I would not recommend living here. Tons of residents have dogs (many of them large) and there's a dog park on the property.

After living at location have decided townhomes are somewhat overpriced. Water pressure to our townhome is ve Read Morery poor. I recently spoke with manager about the fact that each time I vacuum I find cat litter in my canister. We do not have pets and my vacuum is new. Apparently place could have been cleaned better before we moved in! Like location and newness of property but may reconsider signing another lease. Love office staff as they are always pleasant!

Lived here for a little less than five months, overall it's a safe community and relatively quiet. Occasionall Read Morey you will dogs bark but I rarely hear the neighbors on either side of me and my roommates. Rent is high for what you get. Convenient to the bus line and nearest shopping center.
