There are lots of rules but they are not enforced which makes them worthless. This will be our last year here Read More, as we have been socked with excessive electric bills due to poor window insulation. Rents have gone out of range.

In regards to rules, we take the enforcement of community policies very seriously, but it is difficult to monitor residents at all times.

Office and maintenance staff, especially the recent crew, is really responsive and work to make the neighborho Read Moreod feel like a community. It's relatively transient here, but it does have a community feel. A lot of people have dogs and kids, which makes it feel like a real neighborhood. It seems overpriced, although compared to what you can get for $300, some of the features are worth it (ie. the community feel, garages, porches for grilling).
