My chief complaint is the pet urine at the building entrances. I have recently seen residents deliberately hol Read Mored their leashed dogs at the entrances where other pets have previously urinated and encourage them to urinate on those locations. The situation is becoming worse each day. I have recently voiced my concerns to the management team about this issue but have not seen any efforts at resolving the problem.

I really like the concierge staff, they are knowledgable and helpful. The coffee is a huge plus. A heated sw Read Moreimming pool would be more useful, even a passive solar heater. Some of the exercise equipment needs maintenance, repair. the interior facility is always kept clean. Some of the concierge staff are able to change filter on coffee maker, but some cannot. This is a quick & easy fix, teach them how.

We will make sure to pass along your compliments to the concierge staff. We think they're pretty great too! We have meeting every month with the concierge team and we will make sure they all know how to work on the Starbucks machine.

I love the location & proximity to the center of the city. There are certain amenities I would like to use tha Read Moret have not been in order since I moved in last fall in 2013, and I have heard they have not be in use prior to when I moved. The fire place outside on the 2nd floor. I would also like if the grill could work more efficiently. Most recently the parking spaces for the reserved drivers have been moved exclusively to the third floor which was said to be more useful for the residents but

As a multi year resident of this building I have seen my rent increase each year. However, there have been man Read Morey false promises about upgrading/maintaining that the staff have not addressed. Specifically the workout room continues to get worse and worse. When I first moved in, every machine (treadmill/elliptical/bike) had TVs that worked. Now, less than half of them work. Either the screen doesn't come on or the connection for headphones is broken.

When we moved into our apartment, there were a couple cabinets missing hinges, our closet bar fell off the wal Read Morel, and our kitchen sink fell into the cabinet... leaking water everywhere. I put in several work orders that day and it took me asking 4 times to get anyone to come up and take care of the problem. The parking situation is an absolute disaster and my bicycle, which was locked up securely, got stolen from the parking garage. When I alerted Catalyst staff, they basically told me too bad.

Please let us know if there is anything pending and we will be happy to get it fixed up immediately. Please contact the apartment manager in regards to your bicycle. There are steps for bike theft that seem to have been missed.
