The house we live #301 had roaches and centipedes, the way management responded was unacceptable. I know how m Read Moreany nights I had (uncomfortable) sleepless nights because of this problem.I end up break the lease and pay one month penalty and moved out. Please careful to move in these apartments. If any one need cheep apartments, yes, this is the best place to live. overall its a good apartment community , they did good job in painting and cleaning all buildings, but they ar Read Moree very slow in fixing common public facilities that are used most by residents. to replace tennis court lights they took 9 months. Swimming pool is was broken 1/2016, they took 7 months to fix it, whole summer is gone, and had only one month in summer (august) to enjoy pool, This has upset all residents to the core, very poor service.

Just an average apartment community in a great location. Maintenance and most management were indifferent to Read More any needs other than just turning apartments. Dated inside but with decent floor plans, however appliances are strictly cheapest builder grade available and prone to breaking. Couple negatives that stand out: 1.Maintenance mends rather than fixes. 2 Threatened to tow my car because I hadn't moved it for 2 months, due to surgery. (Lied and said it was expired tag which it wasn't

For my family Cheswyck was the first apartment here in USA. It was safe and fun time there in cheswyck. My so Read Moren got many friends. Its value for money and Office staff were very helpful.
