Pet Policy: No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home . There will be a $400 charge (one-time non refundable fee) for the first pet. $500 pet fee (2 pets). All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. There is $15/month pet rent. If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy. No breed restrictions.
