Eastover is not in a great location, the apartments are fairly priced, and interior of the apartments are sub Read Morepar.. Particularly in the master bedroom's bathroom, I'm not sure who thought it would be a good idea to put tiny drawers under the sink.. They are about 2-3inches wide.. Additionally, Eastover made the terrible decision to slack on lighting. The living room has no ceiling lights, nor do either of the bedrooms.

Lots of bugs in the apartment in which they state they call the exterminator but still see bugs everywhere, ne Read Morever have been offered an incentive to renew lease, ac has broken and flooded Apartment multiple times and carpet has never been replaced or offered, smells like mold, amenities are way below average, gym has lots of broken equipment/ no tvs/ not enough equipment for Amount of residents in complex. no cameras in parking lot I.e to catch hit& runs

Eastover Ridge is a great option for someone who wants the convenience of living minutes from Uptown without p Read Moreaying the Southend premium. The apartments are older, but the operators take great care of it. They're currently (as of Oct 2016) upgrading appliances, blinds, and flooring across the units. I really like the two clubhouse facilities on the property - between them, there are two pools (with plentiful lounge chairs), outdoor tennis courts, an indoor basketball court, and a 24-hr gym.

Apartment not ready for move in, maintenance takes days to fix things and does a terrible job, some of the off Read Moreice staff are rude and not helpful, gyms are very outdated, pool is not clean
