Very disappointed in what Mezzo calls luxury apartments. No heat during winter months, washer and dryer so Read Moreloud, heat/air unit extremely loud. Management telling other residents what their income, doting in apartments and telling awful stories. Very unprofessional.

Staff is helpful and prompt in fixing and communicating things. Only suggestion is when maintenance is needed Read Moreor staff enters apartment, a note stating what they did and/or if issue was resolved would be great. Whether it's a text, note on counter/door or phone call, communication in purpose of entering apartment would be great. Other than that suggestion, staff is great to work with and acts promptly.
