For the location, I think the rental rate is really good. It's also good for singles and people living alone. Read MoreI would recommend the apartments to someone if they worked downtown, were a city person, and moderately social, as it's more or less a base to come back to from an active lifestyle. It's not really suited for entertaining more than one or two friends at a time due to the size and the lack of parking, but it suits my needs and the building is really quality and really nice. I also really appreciate that there are multiple pools and fitness centers on the property, so I can have a bit more privacy.

Post Gateway Place is a great place to live. The pricing and proximity to uptown to Charlotte make living her Read Moree a great value. The management staff are very friendly and are willing to go the extra mile for you.

I've had an extremely positive experience with Post Gateway Place. The price and location are both great, and Read Moremy apartment is very specious. My roommate and I both really enjoy living here.

Professional management company with knowledgeable staff, good office hours, friendly and prompt responses ove Read Morer email, clean rooms. overall high value. parking garage can be improved with better lighting and cleanliness

We really like it. There are a few things that could be better but I feel that's how it is everywhere, you can Read More't ever be 100% satisfied. They do take care of us to the best of their ability though which is nice
