Total Pet Deposit: $500/pet 1-30 lbs ($150 refundable), $1000/pet 31-80 lbs ($250 refundable). Manager has discretion regarding each property pet policy. All breeds must be approved by management. Qualified service animals are always welcome without fee. Call for details.

I would not recommend Post Southend. I have had a horrible experience living there. I come across vomit, uri Read Morene, and trash all over the building on a weekly basis. There is no repercussion for people treating the building this way and it makes living there disgusting.

Post Southend is the perfect place to live if you're looking to be near all the fun. There are amazing restaur Read Moreants close by, fun nightlife and so much more. The apartments are clean and very modern. Couldn't have chosen a better place to live!

If you are looking for an apartment with a great location, this is the place. It had the cheapest rental rate Read Morein the South End neighborhood but all apartments, South End included, are overpriced. They are all pretty similar to looks and layout but overall, we are happy we live here.
