It keeps a roof over my head, the bills aren't too high although rent could be cheaper. Not bad for my first a Read Morepartment and the community is kind.

Every time I've had a problem whether it's big or small it's never solved in a timely manner. When i first mov Read Moreed here my unit went out and wasn't fixed for over a week. Made a complaint about the door in between my balcony door being extremely filthy it was never cleaned to my standards. The door has some caked up black like substance In between the door. Reported that it look like someone tried to break in my apt big dent in my door and it was never fixed. My rent balance is never zero out the same day i pay it with money order. I have the most basic apt no up to date appliances or anything 1 bedroom paying almost 800 every month. And my rent went up after signing a new lease which i assumed it goes down. The only reason i decided to sign another lease because of the bind i was in financially at the time and i really regret doing so. I could keep going but you get the picture...
