Everyone has been very nice since I moved in a little over a month ago. The few minor maintenance issues were Read More solved within 48 hours, which I was very pleased with.

The apartment has great value. I couldn't have found a better $/sqft option in the area. I live in a 2br apa Read Morertment and it's very quiet & private. The location is both good a bad. The good part is that I am <5 minutes from Southpark Mall and ~15 minutes from the edge of uptown. The bad news is that I am 20 minutes from SouthEnd and 20 minutes from NoDa, so the location is not very convenient to going out with friends.

Love the location, however the HVAC system is dreadful. There is a 10 degree difference in summer and winter Read Morebetween the thermostat setting downstairs and the temperature upstairs. The master bedroom has one vent for the entire room. By contrast the bathroom has one vent and is 1/10th of the size. Also the insulation and windows are extremely inefficient and suck heat and cooling out of the unit. It is a major issue that needs to be addressed, particularly for the farily high end rent.
