I had to move from my unit due to it being torn down and not being rented past December 2015. I moved to anoth Read Moree unit in the community and was not offered a discount. Also I moved to an upgraded unit, but went from having tile in the bathrooms to lenolium and from have a elongated toilet to a small round toilet not suitable for adults. Seems like a downgrade to me. Washable paint should be used on the walls, so that when you try and clean the walls the paint does not rub off.

I wish we would have assigned parking spaces for each unit. Many of our neighbors park in front of our unit, Read Morewhich makes it quite difficult for me to maneuver with my small baby. I wish this complex had a car washing area.

Although there are no assigned places, we do request that residents park in front of or closer to their apartment and have all guests or secondary vehicles park in overflow areas. Rated this property as a 'good' because the management is great, complex is in a good location, and price is r Read Moreight. Not an excellent due to old building issues that naturally will arise. The counters in the bathrooms are oddly short. Small closet space; especially strange that the guest room has a bigger closet than the master bedroom. Would love if the complex would have more dog waste pickup stations with trashcans and even add a dog park in the back where it's very empty!!!!!!!!!

Excellent staff! Always helpful. Just need to keep the pet trash cans emptied and grass cut more often. Spi Read Moreder webs all along the building. Needs to be strayed.
