Our end unit apartment is cold and the heat seems to run almost constantly. The floors are especially cold. We Read More have been told that they will be re-insulating in the crawl space under the apartment but it does not seem to have been done yet.

I had the fortune of moving into a newly refurbished townhouse, in impeccable condition, with stainless steel Read Moreappliances and dark wood cabinets for the kitchen, and a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Moving in was hassle-free, and the office staff was courteous. The only issues with the place are how far you have to go to throw away garbage (the only compactor is deep in the complex), slow cleanup after a winter storm, and parking availability next to my unit (which is not all the time).

The apartments are old and when you walk upstairs it feels/sounds like you will fall through the floor. We ar Read Moree less than impressed with staff in the office, they have been rude and condescending. We have a roach problem and have to spray for bugs often. Overall we are very unsatisfied
