Good value for the money with good sized rooms in the apartments and a good amount of storage. Sound transfer Read More between units is minimal. Nice amenities and an effort on the part of management to make residents feel at home (e.g., Christmas/Holiday Party, Strawberry Hill Cares Team, etc.). One VERY STRONG Suggestion: Either expand the recycling centers or increase the frequency with which they are serviced. They are constantly overflowing, and it looks like a pigsty when that is the case.

When I came to view the apartment I was told of 2 available, 1 not ready for viewing, but was given an verble Read Moredescription. Chose the verible description one. I'm sorry I did, to much went wrong after that, should have been told about the different forms of heating electric, heat pump and gas. Heat pumps are very loud, and run mostly all the time, in the spring & summer can't open windows b/c of the loud noise. heating system, storm windows, front door, storage door, bugs, peeling ceilings, etc.

I had to move from my unit due to it being torn down and not being rented past December 2015. I moved to anoth Read Moree unit in the community and was not offered a discount. Also I moved to an upgraded unit, but went from having tile in the bathrooms to lenolium and from have a elongated toilet to a small round toilet not suitable for adults. Seems like a downgrade to me. Washable paint should be used on the walls, so that when you try and clean the walls the paint does not rub off.
