      The location is fantastic. I work around the Airport area and it's only a 10-15 minute drive to work.
      Read More There is an Aldi right across the street and you can get food delivered from most anywhere that delivers. There is actually a Chinese place across the street that has great sushi.

      Management has difficulty handling their books. A great example is when they kept asking me for my rental insurance paperwork, despite my giving them multiple copies over the course of a month. Another example is when they let me know that I "qualified for a special renewal offer" if I renewed by the 15th of the month... but unfortunately the notice was delivered and dated the 17th of the month. Not to mention that this was over a month after I notified them of my intent to move out.

      Maintenance issues will be randomly marked as "completed" despite the issue never having been fixed. I would regularly go a week without any updates on maintenance issues. I would stop by the office after a week and be told someone will look into it in the next day or so.

      My AC stopped working properly in November 2016 and it was "fixed". Started trying to use it in April to find it didn't work at all. It took them nearly 2 weeks to respond to the first maintenance request. Then I came home to find my windows closed, the AC on, and the unit was blasting hot air in my 90 degree living room. This actually happened several times. They just kept "charging the coils", then the unit would work for 24 hours and stop. It wasn't until late May that they finally fixed the issue. Meanwhile my 3rd floor apartment was between 80 and 90 degrees almost constantly.

      I am moving out a month and a half before the end of my lease. I finally had it to the point that I am willing to pay rent at two apartments for two months just so I can be done with them.

      The apartments are a good size and they've done a lot of renovations in the last year (adding a dog park and f Read Moreaux granite countertops) but the leasing office is understaffed and impossible to get a hold of. The maintenance crew is friendly but are more likely to "patch up" problems than to resolve them. I have had leaky windows and holes in my window screens that they neglect or say are fine. The grounds could use a lot more upkeep as well, especially if you're in a wooded view apt.
