Concord Pointe does not feel like home to me. Too me the Property/Management doesn't try to improve the prope Read Morerty. I feel like it's just a business that's all about making money and not taking any pride in the property or trying to make it a Great place to live.

Apartments are big but gun range and neighbors who don't follow rules are annoying.

I have lived here just over a year and we have gone through atleat 5 apartment managers.
There are constant
Read More rule changes and stipulations. The pool never opens on time ( three weeks late) and closes whenever the management feels like it. Saturday and Sundays the pool was open 11-4. Not much family time. The grounds are always trashy.

The complex was clean and most neighbors were friendly. My biggest complaint is the maintence guy does not kno Read Morew what he is doing. My heater stopped working in the dead of winter when it was snowing and he would rig it to work. Those rigs wouldn't last through the night and I had two babies in the house. It took them over a month to have my ac unit replaced. I understand that it's a big expense to replace them, but I paid rent to have a working heater.
