Glen Laurel doesn't have a care for people all they want is money, they are not willing to work with people wh Read Moreo fall behind on there rent. I was a house wife when i was living there, so when my husbands work started to slow down I had to find work which I did. We were only behind 1 month and with the gob I got I would have been able to pay the rent but instead of them giving us the time we needed they took us to court to vacate the premises.

Were sorry to hear about your troubles and we understand that financial hardships do happen, however, like every contract, our leases clearly state our policies regarding rent collection. Rent is due on the first of every month with a five day grace period. After the grace period a late notice is sent out with clear instructions that the tenant has ten days to pay their rent in full with a full disclosure stating legal action can be taken after that.
