Were sorry to hear about your troubles and we understand that financial hardships do happen, however, like every contract, our leases clearly state our policies regarding rent collection. Rent is due on the first of every month with a five day grace period. After the grace period a late notice is sent out with clear instructions that the tenant has ten days to pay their rent in full with a full disclosure stating legal action can be taken after that. Thank you for your review of our community.
