      The property itself is not bad. The units are large and they're well appointed. The problem is the managemen Read Moret, which is either grossly incompetent, or willfully terrible. No maintenance is EVER followed through on, despite multiple promises and self aggrandizing declarations from the front office about how much they care about these sort of things.

      Water and sewage is billed by the apartment complex, but it's based upon the overall use by everyone there, and how many people you have declared on your application. This is not a transparent process, but they bill you anywhere from an additional $60 to $80 every month on top of the rent. Half of the amenities are broken. There is a swingset that has no swings, a dog park that is never cleaned, a pool that is tiny and broken most of the year, a "walking path" that is really just a root laden rainwater runoff path that is heavily rutted and unpassable, and a garden that they charge you $15 a month to plant your own plants in and maintain. You're not allowed to grill anywhere but with the one grill they have per every 100 people, and the parking is all but non-existent - get used to walking long distances to get to your front door with heavy bags of groceries.

      I would recommend finding somewhere else to live if you're considering staying here. The property and community is fine, but the management is so incompetent that it makes it impossible to enjoy living in the neighborhood. Look elsewhere.

      Although all of the apartments are recently remodeled, they seem to have a lot of quality issues. Things break Read More way too often. Repair is prompt but it's still a nuisance. The staff isn't all that friendly and give the impression you're interrupting their "hang out" time when you come into the office.
