Community features include salt water swimming pool with sun shelf, pool cabanas, outdoor living areas with grilling stations, elevated indoor Sky Lounge, 1 mile nature/exercise trail, 24 hour fitness facility and an outdoor dog park. Apartments feature kitchen quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and tile back splashes. Other included features are washers and dryers, 10 foot ceilings and luxury plank flooring. We are located on Leigh Farm Road at I-40 & NC-54 with easy access to Chapel Hill, Durham RTP & Raleigh. We are close to Duke University and UNC-Chapel Hill as well. Pet Policy: 75 Pound Weight Limit. Maximum 2 pets per apartment. $20.00 pet rent. Restrictions: We welcome your pets for a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. Pet fee is $375 for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. There is a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. There is no weight limit for ground level however there is a 75 lbs weight limit for second level and up. Please call our leasing office for more information.

When we moved in, the elevator wasnt working. Palladian promised the residents in email writing that they will Read More reimburse the fees for moving (for the fees related to extra stairs and hours); however, Palladian never reimburse the money to us. BBQ area are not working and it took them months to fix. The building fire alarm went off five times around 2am - 4am during our one year stay. A high turn over rate for office staff, so there were lots of empty promises.

I have nothing but good things to say about Palladian Place Apartsments! They are the best as far as I am con Read Morecerned. I looked a long time for this apartment and this is where I want to stay. The location is great for just about any place you want to go in the triangle., church, stores, the mall, concerts, etc. I would recommend these apartments any day!

I basically like everything about this apartment, especially the room and office staff. The only thing I do no Read Moret like is that there is no shop or restaurant in walking distance. It is therefore difficult for residents without car to live here, like recently moving to North Carolina with no car. However, I do appreciate apartment's effort to bring food truck occasionally.

Beautiful property and well kept. It is extremely quiet as well. Pool are is amazing. My family came to visit Read Moreand they loved the pool and outdoor area. If I am being extremely picky, it would be nice to have 2 elevators in our building as we are on the 4th floor, but again, the apartment is amazing.

I have a bug infestation that I asked about when I moved in and was told that it was not bad, but that is not Read Morethe experience that I am currently having. Also, I found that my apartment wasn't cleaned or repaired before I moved in, thus I had work orders that I put in as soon as I moved in. I also never have a place to park and often walk really far to my apartment at night.
