There is a newly decorated club house, with a large TV and the brick leasing area is very attractive. It has a Read More car care area. and the complex is always being upgraded. Resident are informed of any concerns. My likes and dislikes are: I love living here. The office people have always been cheerful, helpful. and courteous. They even helped me find my lost cat. The landscaping is beautiful, as is the pool area. My apartment is lovely, spacious and even has a sunroom. There is a business center and WIFI that I used a lot.

I have been here going on 2 years and I like it very much. The staff is nice and they listen to you if you ha Read Moreve a complaint and resolve it. My likes and dislikes are: This is a clean community. It is close to everything, like grocery stores, banks, I40, schools, shopping centers. It has a pool area and the apartments are spacious.

Although the management is usually thorough and prompt in brining the walkways on icy days, it might be a good Read More idea to install grooves/non-slip strips to the bridges that connect the parking lot with the apartment buildings. The wooden bridges have iced up and become slippery, posing a danger to unknowing residents.
Some equipment in the fitness room needs to be repaired or replaced.
The community might be more aesthetically-pleasing if the leaves in the tennis court were cleared more frequently. My likes and dislikes are: Grounds/landscaping are generally well-maintained.
The management/maintenance team is also really efficient at responding to and attending to any requests for repairs in the apartment.
WiFi connection in the business center provides a lot of convenience.

Since the community is surrounded by woods, there is an infestation of bugs that required me frequently sprayi Read Moreng the interior and exterior of my unit, despite paying a monthly extermination fee. The community came under new management staff during my lease who implemented changes in policies not originally stated within my contract. Further, numerous attempts to email management with concerns were ignored. Utility equipment for my unit (and others) was broken leading to exaggerated charges. Management promised a repair, but never happened. Trash charges were expensive for one dumping location at the opposite side of the unit. My likes and dislikes are: Overall the community is small, quiet, and in a decent location with easy access to Hwy 54 and Interstate 40 for easy drive to Chapel Hill, downtown Durham, and RTP. The unit size is very reasonable for the price.
