Love: the staff, the grounds, the location. Like: my neighbors. Needs improvement: fitness center is cramped; Read Moreneed a basketball court and/or other activities; residents should be able to rent the clubhouse for a fully refundable deposit; staff could offer Sunday regular hours; I feel the rent was increased way too high once the new company bought the property. That should have been eased in rather than dropped on residents immediately without much notice.

This used to be a nice, affordable place to live. However, the rent continues to rise while additional ameniti Read Morees are now charged for (i.e. trash service) without any option for opt out. Modifications were made to the exterior, which do not justify the rent increase. Also, the pool was opened without any furniture and then closed again for remodel. Furthermore, I find the office staff to be fake, only pretending to have an interest in the residents but really only concerned with our money

As a third-year resident, I've found that my complaints about the complex have increased drastically since the Read More change in management (switching from Meridian to Legacy). Much of the residential changes being made to the community are being done without community input. Further, it appears that many of the decisions are not being well analyzed (i.e. why would the complex decide to renovate the pool during the month of August - one of the hottest months of the year).
