I said average because when you rent an 1bd apartment that is old, they will not let you renew to a updated 1b Read Mored. It's okay my fiance don't not agree with the way they do business over here.

They keep the grounds and landscaping in good shape but the apartments themselves are in utter disrepair from Read Morethe appliances, to plumbing, to electrical, to pests due to water in the walls, to mildew and mold. When maintenance is called, the response is slow if they ever come at all. One of the maintenance personell was involved in the robbery that took place in my apartment then they had the nerve to charge me for the window that was broken during the robbery. Really!
