I've been living at South Terrace since March 2014 and I haven't had a complaint as of date. Maintenance respo Read Morends in a timely manner, my neighbors are friendly, but pretty much keep to themselves. The office staff is absolutely amazing at this point. So far my experience is good. I love my place. For the space, you can't beat the cost. I would recommend this property.

I enjoy living at South Terrace at Auburn. My only real complaint is the upkeep of the grounds, especially th Read Moree individual buildings. They are in need of cleaning and the walkways power washed.

I feel as though the residents that have been there the longest or keep resigning don't get appreciated enough Read More. Wavier fees should be more often put into place especially if a resident couldn't pay one time out of the 2 years she has been there.

Though they show future tenants nice units, once you move in, the buildings are not in great condition. We fir Read Morest were put into a unit that smelled of urine. After much complaining, they did move us to another unit (on a different floor, however). Also, though the staff is friendly enough, we had mold in our windows as soon as winter came and they just advised me to clean it with Clorox. I felt more should have been done. It was also very hard to stay warm in the winter next to windows.
