The office is managed very poorly - frequent mistakes!. In the time I've lived here there have been 3 managers Read More and 2 security companies.
The parking situation is horrible. The parking spots are largely made for small cars, there aren't enough spots for those in the first and second floors, and there isn't a penalty for those who park over the white line.
The gym treadmills are constantly broken. They allow undergrads to live here who are rude and noisy; the office doesn't reign them in.

Thank you for taking the time to comment.
Trinity Commons has actually had four managers since 2011, all but one are still with the company. They move on as they get promoted to other rolls within the Northwood Ravin network.
Two security teams since 2011...sure! If we feel something needs improvement, we will make the changes to better the community.
Residents have to be 21 years old to live here. The parking deck is monitored 24/7 and holds all sizes.

I am satisfied with most of the things in this apartment building, but a few things bugs me. There are a lot o Read Moref students and they think that all the rooms of amenities are libraries where they should study. First, I didn't mind too much but it starts to get annoying than you can't go and play poker in the poker room friday night because somebody is studying there. Also I was told that there are no residents under 21 years of age. But that is a lie.

I find that it is a very noisy building and there is not great soundproofing between the floors.
