I have been here for 18 months. I have some issues with what I was told would happen and what is not happening Read More here on the property. I was told and given a written agreement that I would pick up after my pets or face fines. I was told to park in the available parking spots and not the handicap spots. I can not use the car center when some is parked there all night, can not walk out of my building properly when its raining or snowing. Person(s) are parking in non parking spots.

Main gates are almost always broke and take days to fix, dog park is not kept up and has holes and dog droppin Read Moregs all over it. Dog disposal bags are not filled up on a needed basis nor are the trash cans emptied with the dog droppings in them. Gas grills are usually empty or propane and not cleaned out due to ignorance of putting charcoal in them. Picking up ones own dog droppings is not enforced.

Owner of the place cares more about her buildings then residents. Appliances broke every couple weeks and work Read More order after work order piled up and they still were broken. Price is waaaaay to expensive for what they offer!
