Overall condition of apartment is very old, could use modernization (Non-dishwasher, kitchen cabinets and floo Read Morer, ceiling leakage, heating/cooling system and carpet). Timing issues with follow-up to maintenance and repairs. Rent cost does not align with current value of property.

Since taking ownership of the property we have implemented many new upgrades including new counter tops, flooring and appliances. In 2015 we will also be replacing 100% of the windows at the property with excellent quality, low e, energy efficient windows. This will save each tenant on utility bills and also make the property look great. Thanks for being a loyal tenant and we look forward to making Avalon the best apartment community in Goldsboro.
