The office staff is absolutely wonderful! I LOVE the location and landscape. My dog is very weird about walkin Read Moreg a sidewalk next to a road, so I'm incredibly happy that there are so many grassy fields I can her running through. There are many great things about Landmark at Battleground, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We are happy with the location of the complex and the layout of the apartment why we chose to live here). The Read More staff is also very friendly.
There are some things, however, that we have been somewhat unsatisfied with. Maintenance requests are not handled promptly and overall communication in the status of the request is poor. Our appliances are extremely old and dated and function as such. There is also a problem with lots of trash and dumping (furniture, etc.) by the trash receptor.

The management team are welcoming, and make themselves available to serve the needs of the residents. Request Read Mores for service are processed in a timely manner, and I've always received either a call or emailed update to outstanding work orders in their queries. As a resident, I am not searching for help, the help is always available.
