Front office is willing to help, but there are some issues, mainly parking, they cannot remedy. Additionally, Read Morecommunication with residents about CityView events is present but often last minute, making attendance challenging.

I have lived at CityView for four years and it was an exceptional place to move into as a young professional w Read Moreho was new to Greensboro. The new gym they are currently building will be an excellent addition however it is extremely disappointing it has taken an extra 6 months to finish it. We were all under the impression it would be finished in December of 2013 which is partially why I renewed my lease. My lease is almost over again and the new gym is still not finished.

I am not happy with the construction situation. I live right next to where the construction is happening. I w Read Moreork at night and sleep during the day. The construction is keeping me up which negatively impacts my work performance. It's frustrating, maddening even, and is not at all what I signed up for when I signed a lease. And certainly not what I pay more then a grand for every month. You are expanding without offering your residents ANYTHING for the inconvenience. That is wrong.
