There are times that residents are very loud above me and outside late at night. I have informed mgmt who says Read More they will send a letter to the residents. I'm not convinced this has happened. This affects whether I will renew my lease. It's also rediculous to pay for a card to get into the pool and fee to activate it. For 3 months of use. Our rent includes this type of service - it's called amenities. I do like the pet waste containers and the bags available, and the gate security.

I love the neighborhood and the apartment layout. But some of the residence complain too much. Now we cannot r Read Moreent out the gazebos which was one of the reason why I wanted to move out here.

I have been a resident here for almost a year. Before I rent house they made unnecessary background and salar Read Morey check(overdose) and created problems for a first-time customer.Every month I paid all rents on due time(9 months) but once I paid rent by using my direct deposit check(noname on it but links to my account) they didn't accept it and created another rule :) saying their company can't accept this payment style .I wonder do they want customer or not?

I have a pet dog that i diligently clear up after, but there are a lot of people who doesn't clean up... espec Read Moreially my neighbors next to me. This is very furstraing when i'm walking my dog and i have to walk in dog due.
