The constant changing of the leasing office staff is not good. The general lease agreement could be clearlier Read Moreespeacially the part about someone needed to break the lease based on the fact they are moving out of the greensboro or buying a home.

For the money being paid things could be better especially when nothing is included. When there was work being Read More done to the apartment complex they would notify you when it would be happening but it would not happen on the day indicated which caused some inconvenience. There was also an instance where my water wasn't working I called to tell them and they say oh yea that's pretty much everyone in your unit. Why wouldn't send out an email or call to tell us? There needs to be some organization.
