I am very disappointed in the fact that it is almost December and we have no amenities available yet. I was pr Read Moreomised the gym would be open by October when I signed the lease in July. I have heard from other residents that they are paying less rent for the same exact apartment and signed after I signed. Very upsetting. Our federal mail is delivered in unsecured open mailboxes which is very scary to me same for outgoing mail.I can only have 1 key fab for my apartment. Very, very inconvenient.

I rated my overall satisfaction as fair because of the major delays in the amenity's being finished. They are Read Moremonths late and with very little communication from staff. Now the gym is so delayed they told us we needed to go get a gym membership. Again, additional cost to me because of the delay.

Apartment unit was not ready as projected causing us to be in a temporary unit. This was very inconvenient as Read Moreit lasted one month! We were forced to set up and install electricity, cable, phone, and Internet (needed for work) in the temp unit then needed to pay cancellation fees for all and an addition set up fee for the perminant unit. Leasing staff gave false measurements and facts about the unit. The building and units were not finished spin move in.
