I wish they offered more discounts; returning renter discount, refer a friend discount. I wish the master bath Read Moreroom had double vanities for more space for a couple.

My only real complaint is the fenced-in pet areas. The pet deposit and monthly pet fee are one of the highest Read More in the area. Although having a fended-in area is nice, it's kind of pointless when there's only mulch and no grass. Have you ever walked on mulch? It doesn't feel good. Animals don't like it either. My likes and dislikes are: For the amount of space you get, you can't beat the price. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is always quick to get things done.

The only issues we had were the the price was a bit steep considering you could get a bigger apartment across Read Morethe street for a better price but the amenties did not supercide the Reserve's amenities. My likes and dislikes are: It has a wonderful pool and many other great amenities. The gym was pretty big for an apartment complex as well.
