Live on second floor can hear above and below too clearly. Weather has been cold set heat at 72 only reaches 6 Read More8.when heater goes on so loud it makes you jump.water pressure low in shower and must have a small water heater because hot water doesn't last long.

Construction and maintenance notifications are always last minute. Right before your lease is due for renewal Read More they always come in and install something new so that they can have a reason to increase the rent. The property manager is rude. Most times to get things handled you may have to contact their corporate office. My neighbors are all wonderful. They never manage to stick around more than a year though. The community is quiet. Most recently the security gates have been functional.

The parking was horrible. I worked full time during the day and attended college at night. If I wasn't home by Read More 9pm I wouldn't have a park near my building. There's no assigned spaces and most residents had 2-3 cars and over night visitors. I feel they should at least have parking stickers to identify residents and restrict parking to 2 cars and require the third car to pay for a garage. There were always something going on with the water and drainage pipes.
